CUB99 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and CUB99 ("CUB99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://cub99.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the CUB99 Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery, and arcade products — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close any account you have registered. CUB99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the CUB99 Platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits granted to a User pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of real monetary value from a User into their CUB99 Account via a supported payment channel.
• "Game Rules" — the specific rules governing each individual game or betting product available on the Platform, as displayed within that product.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process mandated for all CUB99 Account holders.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary supported currency on the CUB99 Platform.
• "Platform" — the CUB99 website at https://cub99.cam and all associated services, products, and content.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator; the certified software determining randomised outcomes in applicable games.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — any transfer of funds from a User's CUB99 Account to an external payment channel designated by the User.

To register and maintain an Account on CUB99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. CUB99 operates a strict 21+ policy for all gambling activities on the Platform. Accounts of persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any remaining balance held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform as a natural person (an individual human being) and not as a corporate entity, organisation, or automated system.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or direct family member of an employee of CUB99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not been self-excluded from the CUB99 Platform or from any gambling platform subject to a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your actions on the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account on the CUB99 Platform that was closed for any breach of these Terms.

CUB99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the CUB99 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address, are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Notify CUB99 promptly of any change to your registered information by updating your Account profile or contacting support.
• Select a unique, secure password for your Account and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your Account login details with any third party. CUB99 is not liable for any losses or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Immediately notify CUB99 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

CUB99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform.

CUB99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument in your own name. CUB99 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• CUB99 does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits, though your payment provider may apply separate charges.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds or promotional credits from another platform are not accepted and may be flagged for investigation.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name. CUB99 reserves the right to verify ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the Account holder must have completed the full KYC verification process.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) are typically processed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, etc.) may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• CUB99 reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may result in processing delays beyond the standard timeframes stated above.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for direct withdrawal and may be subject to an administrative fee.

CUB99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit matches, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for slot welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Sports betting free bet credits carry a standard 1x rollover requirement. Specific wagering requirements are always stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the specified validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied are forfeited without compensation.
• CUB99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The determination of bonus eligibility by CUB99 is final.
• The use of betting strategies (e.g., matched betting, arbitrage betting, or low-risk hedging across markets) to fulfil wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, at CUB99's sole discretion.

All games available on the CUB99 Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and are indicative only — individual session results will vary.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG and are final once a game round is completed. CUB99 is not responsible for any alleged errors or discrepancies in game outcomes that are attributable to your internet connection, browser, or device.
• Disconnections during a game round do not necessarily render the round void. The Platform will complete the game round using the logic established at the point of disconnection.
• CUB99 may temporarily suspend or withdraw any game or betting market at any time for maintenance, updates, or regulatory reasons.
• Live sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment the bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final.
• CUB99 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the event of manifest technical errors, including incorrect odds caused by a system malfunction, where a reasonable person would have recognised such an error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CUB99 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (including using alternate names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods to create additional accounts).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or in response to a CUB99 verification request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live table games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any conduct that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
• Engaging in any form of sports betting that constitutes match-fixing or that is based on inside information not publicly available at the time of placing the bet.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where CUB99 has specifically restricted access.

CUB99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be initiated at any time at CUB99's discretion as part of ongoing due diligence obligations.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill or official bank statement issued within the previous three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph of the Account holder holding their photo ID document.
• Where required, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account showing your name).

The standard KYC review period is 24 to 48 hours from the time all required documents are received in satisfactory condition. Enhanced due diligence checks may require additional time.

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. CUB99 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation submitted by the User.

CUB99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Game Rules or promotional terms.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the period specified by CUB99.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• The Account holder has self-excluded or is subject to a third-party exclusion order.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding wagers and the completion of applicable withdrawal processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CUB99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any disruption, interruption, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond CUB99's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications network failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or market data.
• The actions of third-party game studios, payment processors, or technology providers integrated into the Platform.

CUB99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) MYR 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits CUB99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the CUB99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of CUB99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without CUB99's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any CUB99 trademark, trade name, or logo without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

CUB99's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, CUB99 collects only the personal information necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. All data is stored in encrypted form in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

CUB99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling on the CUB99 Platform is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering previous losses, or addressing financial difficulties.

CUB99 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit cap settings that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits — Configurable caps on the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — Notifications triggered when your logged-in session exceeds a duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account restrictions of 7, 30, or 90 days during which access to gambling products is suspended.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the updated document, which will be published at https://cub99.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" and "Version" references at the top of this document are updated with each material revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your Account in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CUB99 holds its international gaming licence, to the exclusion of any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and CUB99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent CUB99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
